Public meetings now online

The Town of Belchertown, under the Governors Emergency Order for Open Meetings, all public meetings will now be done remotely until further notice, please refer to the meeting notices to obtain remote participation information.

The tool we have chosen to use is gotomeeting, and can be obtained at https://gotomeeting.com. There are also cell phone and mobile apps that can be downloaded in the appropriate stores.

Gotomeeting allows for direct dial in via a telephone and entering a meeting code. These will be published with each meeting posting.

Please note, the meeting code and dial in number is subject to change. Please check back frequently.
