Donations

The Belchertown Council on Aging (BCOA) and Senior Center rely heavily on the kindness and generosity of community members to support the programs and services offered.  Donations can come in many forms and all are welcome and most appreciated.  We thank you in advance for your thoughtful gift.  Remember, your donation can be deducted from your taxes, since the BCOA is a non profit organization.

Financial Donations - Financial donations made to the BCOA must be made in cash or by check made payable to the Town of Belchertown.  Mail checks to 60 State Street, Belchertown, MA 01007, attention Katy Martin.  Although the check is made payable to the Town, the money stays with the BCOA and can only be used as intended by the donor.    Please feel free to use the form at the bottom of this page to assist in being sure your donation is received by the program you wish.  Any questions regarding donations can be directed to Katy Martin, 323-0420 x 502 or kmartin@belchertown.org.

BSCCA and HOPES Fund Donations - The BSCCA Fundraising Group supports the Belchertown Council on Aging above and beyond what is supplied by the Town budget and any donations made to them directly support the Center.   The BSCCA receives donations for handcrafted items in the display cases at the Center,  for the HOPES Fund - Helping Older People in Emergency Situations, as well as payments for TRIAD house number signs and lockboxes.  Cash or checks made payable to BSCCA with the appropriate program noted in the memo can be accepted.  Please mail to 60 State Street, Belchertown, MA 01007, Attn: BSCCA.
