Everett Acres Apartments
We are frequently asked by applicants if they may view the inside of one of our apartments. However, this is often not possible as we are mandated by the state to fill vacant apartments within 21 days, and we can not show occupied apartments out of respect for the privacy of our tenants. Below you will find pictures of the inside of one of our first floor middle units located at Everett Acres.

Each unit has three thermostats (bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom).
All units have electric heating which is included in the rent.
All units come with a refrigerator and an electric stove/oven.
All units either have two closets (bedroom & kitchen) or a closet & a pantry.
Rent is set at 30% of the household income after deductions & exclusions.
All residents of Everett Acres also receive a key that allows them 24/7 access to the community room and laundry room.
The community room has many amenities for our tenants including bathrooms, a kitchenette, a small library, a television, a computer, puzzles and board games, as well as wifi access. The community room may also be reserved by tenants for private functions
