Karen is a Massachusetts licensed and ABMP certified massage therapist. Her education has included rigorous training in massage methodology, anatomy and physiology, business and ethics, as well as extensive amounts of hands on training. She offers Deep Tissue and Swedish massage custom tailored to each client’s specific needs. She also uses Aromatherapy to enhance and maximize the many benefits of massage therapy.

Massage therapy is more than a luxury. It increases your body self-awareness and sensitivity, reduces your stress, tension and anxiety levels, calms the nervous system, relaxes, focuses and clears your mind, helps to improve and maintain your posture, helps to fulfill your need for a caring and nurturing touch, encourages self-esteem and a general feeling of well-being and improves your emotional awareness. Because 90% of disease is stress related, regular massage can help ward off illness and keep us young both inside and out!
