MUSEUM PASSES POLICY

1. LOAN PERIOD:

          1.  These passes can be borrowed from the Library during regular hours.

             Monday through Saturday. Passes will circulate for two(2) days inclusive- - the

             day they are taken from the Library, to be returned the next open Library day.

II. DEPOSIT:

           1.. There will be a ten dollar, ($10.00) deposit for each borrowed pass.

           2. There will be a one dollar ($1.00) overdue fine for each day that individual

                passes are overdue.

                       a. The maximum over due fine has been set at five dollars ($5.00)

                           for each overdue individual pass.

III. REPLACEMENT:

                   If the pass is not returned for whatever reason-loss, damage, etc.-there will be

               a replacement charge. This charge will correspond to the cost incurred by the

               Library to replace the pass as set by the issuing agency.

                             (Springfield Museums charge $50.00!)

IV. RESTRICTIONS:

            1. The circulation of these passes is limited to residents of Belchertown and/or

               Non-Resident Clapp Memorial Library Patrons.
