*Explain what kind of program you would instruct. Some possibilities are drawing, writing, yo-yoing, acting, arts and crafts, science, math and much more. Would you work with someone else? If yes, who? What ages would it be for? Size of group? Schedule (one time, once a week, three days in a row). If needed use other side of application.

I have read and understand the Junior Volunteer Guidelines. If I have any questions I can ask Jennifer Whitehead. I understand that I will receive a phone call from Jennifer to schedule an interview, if I am a candidate. I also understand that there are not enough JV positions for everyone who applies.
